Most types of cancer can be prevented with healthy habits at a young age and avoid the factors that cause cancer.
Although the exact cause of cancer is not known, everyone can take steps to prevent a healthy lifestyle and avoid the causes of cancer:
Reduce excessive fatty foods
Eat more fibrous foods.
Eat more colorful vegetables and fruits, a few times a day
Eat more fresh food
Reduce foods that have been preserved or stored too long
Avoid yourself from sexually transmitted diseases
Avoid the habit of smoking. For smokers: quit smoking.
Strive life balance and avoid stress
Health check periodically and regularly.
