The main cause of this strong fat can be a lot of different ones. The first and most common reason is lack of exercise and repetition based exercise which will make the body used to a particular type of exercise. Most of the cardio  training exercise machines comes with built in interval training programs.
Losing control of our diet is another main reason which causes intake of food items that are harmful for weight loss idea. Some food items that we believe that help us to be healthy actually cause increase in weight. Reducing intake of food with lot of carbs can help in losing weighting and staying in touch.

To control the stubborn belly fat we need to change the basics of our lifestyle. Have to take less carbs with food.Processing foods will not help towards to weight loss so avoiding it is a must in the process of losing belly fat. The more fruits we have in our diet the more better it is.
